To toast the sunflower seeds, place a heavy frypan over a low heat, then add the seeds, without oil. Stir frequently to cook evenly, and remove from heat when the seeds turn a nice golden brown.
Blend all ingredients until smooth, adding water for thinning to your desired consistency. Taste for seasoning and adjust if necessary.
