The Tuscan Herbs oil is infused with traditional herbs of Tuscany including rosemary, sage, oregano and garlic, bringing the aromatic flavours of Italy to your table. Ideal for adding a touch of sophistication to roast potatoes, root vegetables, char-grilled lamb cutlets, or a simple crusty ciabatta.

The infused oils are crafted on our estate in the Grampians, where we gently infuse premium cold pressed extra virgin olive oil – always without heat – and lovingly hand bottle in small batches. This careful process preserves the oil’s character while layering in vibrant, balanced flavours that will add gourmet flair to your meals with just a drizzle.
