Whole Red Lentils

Bio Dynamic Red Whole lentils are grown in Victorian Wimmera soils, grown without use of chemicals and artificial fertilisers using sustainable biodynamic principles which improve the health of the soil. Red lentils are a great source of protein, iron and fibre and so versatile. Once cooked they can be mashed into roll fillings or formed into burgers.
